All of our dogs are health tested to ensure they do not have any genetic issues that can be passed on to their offspring.

Melissa is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. Not only does she have beautiful puppies, she is a very conscientious and professional breeder. If you get a puppy from her, it doesn’t just end there, she is there to advise and help in any way she can. She will answer questions, give advice, and also provide references if she doesn’t have an answer.
I can’t brag enough about the beautiful girl I got from Melissa Laughman at A Dozen Dachshunds! She has the best personality just the right amount of cuddle and sass. Her confirmation is spot on as well. We health tested her and she is 100% clear health. Our vet has been very impressed by her as well. Not a shy bone in her body.
